Heavy: after vacuuming, we wipe baseboards with damp microfiber. (In deep clean, move in/out cleaning).
Empty Trash Can(s):
We empty trash and change with new bags. Please let us know where you keep the new bags or leave a couple on kitchen counter if you have.
Scrub & Clean Showers:
We scrub and clean shower walls, doors, and floors.
Scrub & Clean Tubs:
We scrub and clean tubs and wipe adornments or surfaces.
Scrub & Clean Toilets:
We scrub and clean toilets and make sure the base is fully wiped.
Clean Mirrors & Shine Chrome
Clean Countertops:
We wipe items on counter and underneath them, and place back in organized way. We clean the soap holder as well.
Wipe Bathroom Cabinets’ surfaces.
Dust Blinds, Window Sills, Window Ledges & Furniture in Bathrooms:
We wipe any dust, marks or spots on blinds, window ledges, and furniture.
Ceiling Fans Cleaning
Clean Windows Inside:
This would be a Cleaning Add-On +$5 each window, (Included in deep clean, move in/move out cleaning).
Vacuum, Clean and Organize Inside Cabinets & Drawers:
Add-On +$60, (Included in deep clean, move in/move out cleaning).

Cobweb Removal
It will be remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
Vacuum Closet:
Vacuum closet shelves & drawers in deep clean and move in/out cleaning.
Vacuum all carpet, small rugs and stairs
Empty trash in all bedrooms, living, and office spaces:
We’ll take trash to garage or dumpster (if possible) once Maid Service is completed.
We wipe down furniture, TV’s, tables, all horizontal surfaces and clean glass table tops.
Make beds & change bed linens (when left on top of bed)
